Nemu Stretch Studio is a wonderful little stretching service in Osaka’s Umeda neighborhood. Run by two delightful women, Risa and Shiho, Nemu Stretch Studio is a great place to relax with a mix of passive stretching and massage-style body work.
Many people are coming to realize that fully clothed stretch-intensive massages can be just as enjoyable and effective as oil massages. Traditional Thai massage has always incorporated a lot of stretching but if you are looking for something purely Japanese, one of the most appealing options is Nemo Stretch Studio.
Nemo was relatively new at the time of writing but in our research it had all 5 star reviews. There are just two staff members, both of whom seem very experienced and qualified, even if the business itself is relatively new. Risa has experience teaching classical ballet and yoga, and Shiho has experience as a physiotherapist and Thai massage therapist.
